This was recently brought to my attention. So I figured you guys should know about it.
Companies are trying to make it so you pay for certain "tiers" of websites. BIG sites like disney/HBO/FOX/etc.... costs you $30.
For those companies PLUS non-mainstream sites like Goodle, Yahoo, Gamespot, etc.... You pay $40.
For those companies and non-main sites PLUS small websites, like say..... FURAFFINITY, or your own personal webpage or blog... $50.
By doing this, corporations and big ISPs make sure that small websites lose 99% of their traffic, since it costs too damn much to be able to view them.... leaving only their own gigantic websites to browse.
TLDR version:
If you don't want to see FA disappear, or small fan-made webpages and whatnot... click the link and do something. Click the link above and spread it to EVERYONE.

People would just use alternate ISP's plus this would break the US constitution, never get through in Russia and Japan would just laugh at it.
This breaks just about every fair trade law going. o.o
