Feeling Sandy?

Like "Feeling the effects of Hurricane Sandy" and "Feeling like there is sand in my garments". ;3

I knew I should have known what that meant! My brain was turned off, clearly, since I'm going to be hit by Sandy and/or Frankenstorm, as it was redubbed recently. (it was downgraded to a tropical storm but was then supposedly going to merge with a few other storm systems to make the 'monster storm' to earn that moniker.. has that happened or not? :P )

Yep. Sandy beefed back up to a Category One, but is acting sort of like a hybrid of hurricane and Nor'easter. Its wind and pressure is pulling in a cold front from Canada, dragging a winter storm along with it. I'm not sure if the winter storm has started (it's supposed to hit the Appalachians from Pennsylvania to West Virginia), but I'm pretty sure Sandy will end up being the Frankenstorm everyone keeps talking about.

Believe it or not, I did not forget that Halloween story I proposed. But I don't think it'll be done in time for the 31st, since it's only, like, 50% completed, generously estimating. ^_^;

Oh well. I'm sure November's got a little extra space for some horror porn. XD

No reason why November can't have some spillover spookiness! I would never rush greatness; still, I can't wait to read your take on the monster mink. >:D
