Well a great time was had this weekend at the convention. I was glad to see long-time friends and make some new ones, and sad that a few didn't attend. The fursuiting was great fun, and I'm glad the repairs held up. I have a good number of people to thank(Cyril Jackal, Statikk, Eidy, Otto) for giving me hotel room space for my suit, and of course to Zarphy and Iffy for helping me out while I was in suit. Couldn't have done it without you guys, and I'm grateful!

And now, a different kind of "fun" begins as the hurricane comes this way. I really really REALLY hope that everyone makes it home from the convention safely, and that you take all the precautions you need to in order to get through this alright. Everyone in our home has stocked up on emergency items, and thankfully our home is on a hill, so hopefully we don't have to worry too much about flooding. I'm a little worried about all of the trees RIGHT next to our home in the back. They're not extremely huge, but if one tips over, it'll still come down on us.

I feel really bad for people living in NY and NJ. Awful things are already going on over there. Please stay safe!!
