I will not bow
I will not break
I will shut the world away
I will not fall
I will not fade
I will take your breath away Fuck me. I am unreliable as Hell it would appear. Not to mention I've spent the last two days completely fucked on my sleeping schedule. I have GOT to get my ass back in gear. So here's what I'm going to try to do. Make a schedule for all things. And by everything, I mean working out.
12:00 pm - 6 miles on the bike at resistance 5
1:30 pm - Snack or foodstuffs, something not meal-sized
4:00 pm - Probably fixing dinner or eating dinner or helping cook dinner
6:00 pm - 6 more miles on the bike at resistance 6
7:00 pm - Just Dance 3 or actual physical labor exercises like lifting weights or doing push ups or sit ups
8:00 pm - Gaming/Resting/Whatever
10:00 pm - 6 more miles on the bike at resistance 5
11:00 pm - Shower
12:00 am - Gaming/Sleeping/Whatever
Sorry I've let you down guys. I haven't done anything in the last two days but play Minecraft and make my ass numb by sitting in this chair. Ow. I promise to reinvigorate myself and get back on the right track. I've gotten good advice from
and my new friend
is a body builder so I'm going to be hounding him for tips and stuff. Hopefully by the time I turn 28, I'll be under 200lbs or pretty damned close to it.
I'll hit up the schedule thinger tomorrow and see how it works out for me.
