Hmm I'm not sure about that first one, but the other two are possibilities. I've not tried multi limbs so it could be a challenge :)

I think perhaps a corrupt version or Princess Ruto and the other lady sages might be nice to see.

Not a bad idea, though I'll say this now if I did do this I will NOT do Saria, or at least if I do do her I won't do anything of a sexual nature. Race aging aside she's still basically a 12 year old kid.
This doesn't proclude some form of transformation of course :)

I was mainly thinking of Ruto, Naboru and Sheika as out of the sages they are the ones I find the hotest in order. Though if you do corupt any of them would be nic to see what COC changes you would use on each of them.
