I shouldn't Complain...

Even though I lost my memory stick, I shouldn't complain.
I am able to retrieve all the data that I lost to make the CD, All of it.
All of the data already used to make my current mixes was backed up on my laptop just in case, but it has limited memory as its only a Notebook one, so It only has a few gig memory. It was enough to back up my current work.
as for all the notes, Sheet notes, Pictures of music sheets, Midi's, college notes I had from when I went to college, and stuff that I used to make music and synthesis, That's all lost.
Thankfully I was able to retrieve the Midi's for the Touhou tracks that I had, and all at once! So that solves the minor issue, I still remember the site I got the Midi's for the pokemon and sonic tracks too, hopefully they wont be too hard to retrieve, I just have to remember which ones I downloaded were...
As for all the sentimental stuff, like my music (14 GB worth of it...) and my pictures I've taken with my friends and stuff over the course of 4 years, and pictures I had saved, and Pictures I've drawn, and Pictures I've had drawn for me, along with 2 years worth of work from college, That's all gone....
The music and pictures hits me harder then anything, Music Is a large part of my life and I link memories to songs, I can remember how I was feeling another point in time if I listen to a certain song.
And the pictures, Those weren't just pictures, they were memories, they were happy times and stuff, places I've been to.... I suffer minor memory loss and gradually forget things over a short space of time, so I won't be able to remember them, the pictures are all I had really.... and that hurts...
the Drawings too, man those were things people did for me as gifts! and there were also drawings I did from up to 5 years ago man... They mean something too...
It was my own fault I lost my memory stick; In my rush to leave the uni to catch up with people I must have left it thinking I put it in my pocket....
*sigh* Oh well, back to work I guess....
Time to build up an entirely new stack of songs, photos, pictures, and most importantly;Memories.
I shouldn't complain, Shit happens, right? and we all have to live with it when it does.
the world will keep on spinning, and lives will keep changing. We all have to change at some point.
