What car do you have?
I've been up and around that speed behind the wheel. I wouldn't do it unless I trusted the car and the road at the limit. Thankfully, I have a car I trust under those conditions.
On a serious note, tho- I do hope this is just a random question & hasn't actually happened?!
2. have to ride with me once I purchase a muscle car
I ain't a real big Chevy fan, but the Novas are nice, especiall the '68s. I'm a diehard Mopar fan, and lookin to either purchase or make a "clone" of a 1970 Plymouth Superbird, affectionately known as the 'wing' car, because of its huge nose cone and huge 3 ft. tall rear spoiler. Figure I'll have to clone one from a 1970 Plymouth Roadrunner or Sattelite, since only 1,920 were built.
Well, either that or the Superbird's twin, the 1969 Dodge Charge Daytona. But I sure as hell wouldn't be able to find one, let alone buy. Only 503 of those were made, and they usually go for over $100.000 unrestored!
There are actually more parts needed for a wing car than people think though. Of course, there's the nose cone and wing, but also theres the rear window plug, A-pillar covers, headlight buckets, vacuum lines for headlight operation, front valence than goes under the front of the car, a special striker plate, fender scoops, special fenders, rubber gasket where nose and fenders meet, and a couple other things. And believe me, a lot of that stuff ain't cheap, but they do now have reproduction pieces, so it's not hard to find them anymore.
Always good to meet other people that know about cars! ^_^
