I would have liked to go

Oh. Sorry if my going is somewhat upsetting, considering everything you've been through lately

As a pretty hard-core biker, I hate going places I can't ride too. That's really the only thing that is holding me back - I'd rather ride there. But, being in the beginnings of winter, that just isn't happening so if I *do* want to go I'd better suck it up and take a flight.

I hate flying. It is SUCH a hassle! Almost 1 hour to the airport, wait in line, check your luggage, wait in line, check in at the gate, wait in line...

The last trip to San Francisco, we waited a total of 6 hours for a 5.5 hour flight!

I'm just saying that I wish that i could have been able to go to that!

But yeah... Biking would not be very ideal

No big surprise there. I'll BET I know which ones, too...probably the SAME backward-thinking 'redneck' states that gave us the same grief about their "beliefs" 150 years ago (almost to the year, too!!)
