Great! Fucking hackers hacked my laptop! And then they have the nerve to to use the name of the FBI to scare me, claiming that unless i pay a fine so they will unlock my computer for downloading "illieagal things". first off the fbi has bebetter things to do then monitor a 19 year olds laptop, second they would have arrested me! not send me a fine. and third I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING!!!

Almost sounds like someone got their paws on your remote access. Had a scare like this before, don't let it get to you. Not sure which laptop you're using but there is a way to block all remote access, but do that after changing paswords.
