Our hedgie died today

Nala, my mother's rescue hedgehog, died peacefully last night in her sleep. She was mostly invalid due to advanced WHS, so it was time. I didn't get to know her very well, but I cared for her in her final hours (though I didn't realize they were at the time) and she was very, very sweet. I'll miss her.
