Oh, just bitching about artists who want people to comment, but don't talk back, lol.

tbh as an artist I would much rather someone fave my art because if it shows up in their favorites other people might find my art. I'd much rather have more eyes than anybody feeling obligated to interact a particular way (also I'm awkward and feel like I am terrible at responses so the less I have to fret about whether I sounded like a rude dingdong or not the better, lol)

That's an interesting perspective. I usually hear people emphasize comments a lot more. Faves makes a lot of sense though.

I guess it depends what you want/need most. if you want validation (not that that's bad to want it) via comments and especially if you either don't care much about or don't need help getting eyes on your work it makes sense to prefer comments over faves (though anybody stamping their foot about wanting comments definitely should be willing to engage with at least some of said commenters).
