don't compare yourself to anyone else, everyone has their own skill level & learns @ their own rate! Your art looks great! most people I know could not boast the progress you've had in just one year! Other than that, I'd say don't be afraid to ask questions about technique from artists you admire, I've done that occasionally & if they think you're genuinely interested they will often share their tips with you!! this has benefited me when I was brave enough to ask :P

Yeah, I guess I just need to stop being so chicken (I'm the big, bad woof, damn it!) and just ask people about things when I see the way they do it or something x3

Like the above comment states; don't compare yourself! if I did that, I would probably have thrown my tablet through a wall years ago. XD
Advice I can give you is; for poses- USE REFERENCES! Go to Google, or save images of interesting poses you come across.
You can even ask someone to pose for you (Put Soli to work! :P) or pose yourself, and look in a mirror or take a picture.
Also, pick out things you like that other artists do, and try applying it to your art, such as "Oh they put highlights, I'm going to try adding some highlights to my art, and seeing how it turns out."
However; the best way to tweak you skills to where you want to be is KEEP IT UP. :3 you've made awesome progress and I'm sure you'll continue. <3
