Question for you ladies (or transvestites, or fashion nerds)

Right, so... it turns out I know diddly-squat about women's clothing. (Wow, really, no kidding?) Aaaaaaand I just realized Summer's character sheet needs to indicate what her standard stage outfit looks like from behind. But when I did that, it occurred to me that the top probably wouldn't just be a pull-on dealie. Or maybe it is. I figure it's best to err on the side of caution. I've incorporated a zipper into the main part (which probably isn't even necessary), but I don't know what to do about the neck...uni-strap? (Gah, I don't even know what to call stuff.)
The front view of it is in the character sheet preview [link] and the back view, tentatively, is here: [link] As you can see, the neck "hole" is pretty small, like a turtleneck only I imagine it's made of a thin dress-like fabric that doesn't stretch well, so it's probably the one part that does need to come apart somehow in order to get into and out of it. I'm wondering if anyone who has experience with a similar article of clothing would have any tips.

A lot of bikinis are that way, as well as some similarly-styled shirts.
It needs some type of way to tie at the back of the neck.
Tough for guys like us huh?
Okay...a.. the fabric about the neck, if it's part of the halter, should likely be a bit more tilted down at the point where it meets the shoulders; Think of how a bra strap would be angled down to hold up her.. um.. girls (that's about as clean as I can make a comment about breasts - Damn!).
Tell you what (if you don't have objections) I'll print the second link image out (the back view) and pencil in what I mean. Then I'll repost to your private message. How would that work for you?
