My current goal is to get under 20% Body fat. Right now I am at about 20.5%. :Ð I hope to get down to at least 14% or hopefully, 10%.

I had to change what I'm eating and I also work out pretty much every day during the week. When I do work out I push myself very hard and often to the point where I feel nauseous. I can give you a worksheet of my workouts if you are interested.
