I try to capture the character's personality with the drawing/expression, so a few words about that alongside references is appreciated!
I'll try to get them to look as stylistically similar as possible, but since they are hand-crafted they might come out a little different.

My two sample badges were supposed to be in the same style, but I lost a battle with photoshop crashing when I use certain brushes
after I made the first one, so they came out a little different. The second (Diasis) is probably a better representation of what I'm aiming for.
(Do you work via PMS, or some other artsy voodoo*?)
