Exactly. Like I told Sulferdragon, they offer refundable tickets but only if your traveling 1st class, business class or purchased the tickets from a platinum flyers club. So its basically the folks that aren't exactly hurting for money.

Well how bout a nice trip to Atlanta for FWA

I thought about that but FWA is in March and I still need to pay down a few bills before taking a trip so soon. Looking toward July - September of 2013 when I'd feel comfortable enough to take a vacation.

Yeah I call bs on that. Three hundred dollars and they are only going to credit me only half that to another ticket. Might as well put that money threw a shredder. But I'll use it for a trip sometime next year.

Airlines suck. I really hate having to deal with them in general. At least make sure you get use out of the credit. Don't let them take all your money.

Oh I'll use the credit I just call BS on them telling me it was non-refundable and that they'd only credit me 150 bucks which is only half of the ticket price, only refundable tickets are 1st class, ones purchased by their platinum fliers club basically the folks that can piss off that amount as chump change. I'll use the credit towards a trip during the summer.
