I saw a diagram fairly recently that I think explained very well why I don't like the things I have a problem with. Then because that's just how people work, to like things that way, I get more pissed off that everyone whores over these things. Simplicity. That's the problem. Google's main page has one title, text field, and a button to search. iPOS..er iPOD has a wheel and a center button. et cetra. The point is I'm a programmer and a geek. Let me put that in perspective for you guys:

The first thing I did when I learned about terminal access to a router in my Cisco networking class, was to go home and write a program that didn't do anything, but would prompt and accept text to mimic that. I wrote an encryption file system based on genetic encoding. I want to learn to hack/mod things so I can build home security where doors only open to an RFID card or by admin access via a computer terminal using wifi or bluetooth. And I wanted to try at several times to create an operating system. Im still thinking about trying right now even for something small right now.

The point is, people like simple things, I dont. I prefer yahoo over google, I prefer a psp or iriver over iPODs.
