I am starting to find that my Con experiences are turning dull... My first one, I was left with one of my older brother's friend at Anime Central and I had quite the amazing time being there with someone else who was there to have a good time. It was awesome and I wanted to keep on going to Cons with people like this, but things have slowly turned to becoming more and more dull for me. I have gone to a con alone, with close friends, and with a distant friend... But nothing has compared to my first Con... Going alone left me with nothing to do, going with my friends brought their drama with them and made sticking with them even worse (So I split and went alone), and then going with a distant friend was nice, but our interests didn't really match, so after the first day, things started just heading down hill.

I want to really enjoy going to these events, as they are great times to forget what bothers you at home and just have fun! But I can't seem to find others in my area to just hang with for a good time, and I don't mean drugs or drinking. I just want to find people who want to have fun!

I'm in the north west suburbs of Chicago near Schaumburg and just looking for a friend...
