I have an idea, a possible story in my head.

There has been brewing in my skull an idea for a story about my character, my persona, Otacon Magoo..
I have been wrestling with the idea for a little over two weeks, the down side is that I am not very descriptive in story writing, I did help a friend I met at fanfiction.net with a story, but other than that I have no real writing expertise.
However I think that if I write out my ideas here some of my watchers or curious viewers will help with ideas.
My character is primarily a Ninja, but with an interesting past, he is from a nomadic clan of secret ninjas that mastered in steel jutsu which was used in forging weapons, creating mechanical replacement limbs, and making metal tools for villages that required their services for repair or replacement. he was the child of the clan leader but fell ill during a complication of his birth, with this clan were their partners, groups of different furry species that watched over the clan as helpers, warriors, and protectors.
The parents of the ill child knew that the wolf clan elder could heal their son, so they ran to the elder's home and begged for his help. The Wolf elder agreed, but their was going to be side effect to the special ceremony for the child to be well, he would have to unite his soul with a wolf warrior from the spirit realm, the elder continued with saying that their son was going to be a Jinchuuriki and would be ridiculed and shunned, but the parents didn't care as long as their son was well and able to lead. The elder also gave them a special scroll which had the formula to create special Metal sealing bands to be affixed the child's left arm to ensure the Spirit would be easily subdued and he could walk outside in the moonlight easily until the child was of age to be trained as a ninja and could unite with the wolf spirit as an equal.
So that is kind of my story line, as for the sealing bands they would help in subduing the wolf spirit plus keep the child from turning into a lycan wolf-child at night and the bands would grow with the child until he could head into the wolf clan's village and talk with the elder on the ability to remove and reattach the Sealing bands on his own.
My villain for this story (and I hope the name isn't already claimed) the villain's name is "Chronokk" Now he/she (not sure on gender yet) was a brave scorpion clan warrior that has Mechanical arms a left leg and a mechanical tail due to losing them in a vicious fight with several rogue steel village ninjas. even though chronokk was saved he/she felt betrayed by the village and vowed revenge by any means necessary. The Villain is a master of time and dimensional jutsu skills, However I don't know how to piece the villain into the story yet.
So that is my idea so far I wasn't going to go with such an intricate back story for the official chapter I was possibly going to do a dark beginning of my character being in an emergency room, and telling the story from where he was to how he got that way, or take a different turn. A few of my furry pals were going to be a part of the story and maybe even some from Artists I am watching. I really haven't thought up a cast of enemies and allies but I was going to do things like robotic scroll animals (mechanical creatures that take form from a scroll shaped containment apparatus), and a few other ideas.
But, that is it in a giant nutshell. Anyone who wishes to add to the thought pool I appreciate any ideas to add to this story.
