Terms of Service:
1. if you claim a place, you're obligated to pass me the info by note or any other means of contact available within 3 days unless the information in the current commission description says otherwise. If you will fail to contact me in that time or replay to my contact attempt your application will be canceled and the slot will be open for purchase again.
2. after claiming a place i need a reference or your character detailed description (any amount of arts appreciated).
3. i'm taking payment AFTER i finish my work. i'll inform you when i'm done, i'll then wait for payment and after i've confirmed the payment, i'll send you files. so technically you don't have to worry if you don't have money in the moment of claiming a commission slot. i will do the work and send it after you pass me payment so it's up to you when to pay and when to get it. usually, i don't mind waiting.
4. I ONLY accept the payment in USD or EUR unless stated otherwise in the current commission description. Please DO NOT attempt to send me payment in PLN even if PayPal decides to suggest it. Any other currency received other than the one i've stated will be declined or returned and i will ask for a proper currency payment. Please have that in mind, it might seem like nothing but it's important for me.
5. i always send the original file and resized version more appropriate for uploading.
6. after you pay for my work you may use it anywhere you like and however you want it (that includes uploading on FA and any other sites) if you're giving credits for me as a creator. you are not allowed to claim it as your own creation. If it's an adopt that you've purchased from me at any time, you re not allowed to claim it as your design nor sell at a higher price than purchased.
7. i do not return payments once you've decided to pay. i can fix anything you don't like in finished work, but after accepting the sketch you're declaring on paying for done work.
8. i'm always sending sketch/es to approve, and i will fix them until you're happy with the effect, so don't be shy and say if you don't like something. after approving the sketch i probably won't be contacting you until the work is fully done or there is something that needs clarifying. you can always ask me if you want a line-art or flats to make sure that everything looks good on every step by yourself. just take note that it stretches the time of getting the final effect.
9. I reserve a right to decline taking commission without stating the reason. There are subjects and themes i don't enjoy working on and i have a right to choose not to draw something that doesn't align with me.
FAQ:
1. How much do you charge for art?
it really depends on many different things. i hardly open for regular commissions. i'm developing my skills and so i charge more for them. right now my approximate rate is 15-20$ per hour, but it varies depending on how much free time i have or how complicated the work is. most of the times i count through fair price and set a fixed one or put up an auction.
2. How long does it take you to finish the piece then?
it's never the same, every piece is different so it takes me different amounts of time. but there are some tips: sketch, up to refined inks takes me about 2-4 hours. coloring is another 3-5 hours. final full color pieces take me about 14-20h depending on the complexity of character(s) and/or background. but also can always take more.
3. Are there things you definitely don't want to draw?
Few. mostly fetishes like diapers, scat, fat, hyper, cub porn, and such. I do not enjoy working on such topics and it usually takes me a lot of time. Although i haven't drawn much gore, vore or so, and i'm quite open for new challenges. i'm not really good at drawing architecture, straight lines, people, and still life. I'm a slow learner but i'm trying to do my best.
4. Do you prefer to have freedom in drawing commissions or is it better if the commissioner gives you the whole idea in the tiniest details?
I do like to have some freedom, but it's better if you have ANY idea of what you'd like me to draw. You know, it's just easier for me to have something i can hold on to. It's better to hear: "I'd like a cake for my son, he's 8 years old and he likes cars. His favorite color is blue and he really likes chocolate, so make something to make him smile" than "I have a son. Give me an AWESOME cake. Have fun." Got it? So i'd be happy if you'd sometimes precise a little what you want me to do.
5. What do you use for making art?
Photoshop Elements 5.0, tablet Wacom Bamboo, fineliner, imagination, and a pencil. Sometimes i tend to use Paint Tool SAI for lineart. From time to time i take a moment to study more design work so occasionally i also work in Adobe InDesign or Adobe Illustrator, but that's not exactly art.
6. How big are the files you work on?
Up for now maximum 3600px wider side but i usually do works about 2600x2000px always in 300dpi resolution.
7. For how long now have you been drawing?
well, it took me many hard years of everyday drawing. i've started drawing for real around April 2006, started studying Graphic Design in September 2012 and keep on going, learning something new every day.

Photoshop elements 5? By chance did it come free in a package with your tablet? I ask because that's the same tablet and same program I used until my tablet died. The Pen&Touch also comes with Corel 4 - amazing program, my favourite. I dunno if you know or not, but I just figured I'd mention it. :3
