I usually always sleep with my TV on. I don't know why, but I just can't sleep without it. It serves as my night-light (or day-light, since I am now nocturnal), plus it blocks out the quiet, mysterious, creepy sounds of outside. Since I live in the country, and about a mile from the freeway, without any noise I am hearing a plethora of animals sounds toppled with the echoes of cars and trucks, and it just -bugs- me.
So, the electricity goes out. Seven minutes later I wake up - as always when my TV goes out, and feel down at the rain and loud thunder. I got some candles out in case the storm would last a while, grabbed my CD player, and curled up under some blankets. I did the only thing one can do to really waste time.
I napped.
I felt like asking this to all the like four people watching me: What do you do to waste time when the electricity goes out?
