I've taken to coloring lineart that 
shares with me. I enjoy digital color, and though I'm not super good at it, I try. It's fun to at least attempt, and it's fun practice. I considered seeing if other artists I know would be willing to do a sort of collaboration thing, they do the lineart and I color it. I don't think I'm good enough for it, but I wondered what others thought.

The only things you need to improve is, to be honest, pencil, paper and determination. And also there are thousands of great tutorials in the internet. Just, well, determination.
