I had to put my favorites as my link instead of the homepage because I can't figure out how to get to my favorites from the front page |8 It's a total mess

They linked it to my google account so it sends me to google pages instead. It may have changed again, I dunno. I've stopped going to the homepage because it took out that drop down.

with the youtube thing, though, i did try clicking on the top, and the dropdown did infact show up, just like before the update. so i dunno what's going on there

they are still on the left side and are SEARCHABLE

clicking a user brings up the same exact feed as it did

plus youtube is now visually consistent with google.

you know, the complicated ass site that is so evil to make you type into a searchbar and hit enter

when i go into youtube it gives me all the reccomended videos, NOT my subscriptions videos. i don't give a crap about what youtube thinks i'll like. i personally find this new layout highly inconvienient as 99% of the time i'm looks for what my subscripions uploaded, and only that. Youtube is not Google, it is owned by google, but it is Youtube. it doesn't need to be similar to google... also google is actually intuitive in its layout for searching for webpages, but when you apply it to a subscription based site, it doesn't exactly work as well.

oh come on, they took out a lot of visual clutter and revamped the glitchy playlist system. also the playlists can tolerate up to 10000 videos instead of the choking 200. infact, the FINALLY fixed some of the most annoying glitches as well

it's better imo.

however, they should allow customization options

I noticed and my goodness... I do not want videos to be recommended, and videos I just faved as a list, me just want only the videos that are uploaded by the people and it just scambles terribily @A@
