imagine a large, soft bed.
then put a beautiful woman in it, someone you love so dearly, you would not ever think twice to do anything for her.

You forgot to mention that you are the one who has to be careful as I also have my lung condition. Too rough, too hard and make me pant too much causes pain and then the fun is mostly over... Luckily that has become less.
The moments when we are completly home alone are simply the best as then we can let it all out, especially me as I have the urge to make allot of noise. Though to be very honest, you do all the work during it all.
