Has FA screwed up?

How come, when I try to click the "Select All" button, it doesn't work? Sometimes, the buttons don't even show up now too.
This may mean globally (as in, for every site you visit). Or it could be
local. I'm using Opera, and it can turn Jscript on or off for a specific website.
Handy feature sometimes.
Selecting things is one of the functions on FA that depends on Javascript.
If some buttons don't appear, that could be your clue. Once you turn it back
on, reload the page. Ought to work.

What are you using? Chance to go exploring; I never turn it down.

box. It's a global setting, affects all sites in the browser.
Don't believe the advanced settings there mean anything.
Did find what Firefox calls the permissions manager. Type about:permissions into
the address bar. Up comes a window that lets you choose a site from the
list, then edit some controls that affect what that site can do.
But doesn't mention Javascript? The only control that might remotely matter is
Set Cookies. Should be on allow.
If Javascript is turned on and so are cookies, I'm out. Doesn't look like FF has
any more secrets.
Last thought, the faint hope suggestion of all help desks: Clear all cookies,
log back into FA, and see?
