"They were Viore, and no, we don't."

"But what about the Vizio TV's you had on sale?"

"We had no Vizio TV's on sale. They were Viore."

"But I saw an ad that said you have 47 inch Vizios on sale."

"I think you misread the ad. In any case, any 47 inch TV's that we had on sale are all gone now."

"Oh. So...will you be getting any more of those Vizio TV's in?"

"(SIGH)No, ma'am, we won't."

"Well, can I get a rain check?"

"Ma'am, we don't sell Vizio 47 inch TV's. We never did. So, we can't very well issue a rain check for a TV that we never have had, nor ever will have, in stock."

"Well, what about the ad? That's false advertizing."

"Do you have the ad there?"

"Well, no.."

"Well, if you can find a copy of that ad and can bring it in, and it shows a 47 inch Vizio TV on it for sale, I will see to it that you get one."

"Well, don't you have the ad there?"

"Ma'am, I have the ad for the sale, yes, but it shows no Vizio TV's in it."

"Well, can't I get another brand for the same price as the Vizio?"

"I'm sorry, ma'am, but I can't give you any promises regarding a TV that we have never carried."

"Well, what brands do you carry?"

"In a 47 inch? Let me go check."

"Yes, ma'am, we have Magnavox, Sanyo, Samsung, and Ilo."

"And how much are they?"

"Hang on, let me check."

["accidently" hangs up] "Oops. Stupid lady, come in the store if you want to do your shopping."

We had a call for divorce paper work once. some one told them we had it.

Least you know what i have to deal with. I've been doing this for 5 years. Its been hard to hold back with customers. I came with in a razors edge today of literally asking a guy if he was a fucking moron. He wired up a li-on battery directly to a cell phone charger. Well made Li-ons have a chance to catch fire and or explode under normal charging setups. I looked at the man in the eyes and told him at the moment he finished saying that, "That will burn down your house. Lithium batteries can catch fire or explode and burn down your house." He left and I walked to the back and started cleaning nearly every square inch of the bathroom. Not because I was told to but because it was productive and I would have to deal with the stupids out on the floor. Normally I just do a quick 20 minute job. I was at it for almost 3 hours.

Too much stupidity and materialism. They want to get some one the perfect gift to show people how much they care. But they don't give a fling fuck about the people selling. Who in there right fucking mind buys a 5 year old something thats fragile and worth more then I make a paycheck.
