Oh, if you can pull off "glowie" things (body features, accessories, that kinda thing), and you can get it done by 12/21 (for an added fee perhaps?), I'm game. :) You'd get your choice of characters (see top of rooth), and the concepts are wide open, though PG and G would be required on this one. It'll be projected on the wall at my 12/21 party, you see. ;)

You could do Cinnamon, with a Pandora-glowy desert background.

You could do Rooth'roo, looking all macro with a glowy night skyline, or a 'small' Christmas tree or something like that.

You could do Rooth'ragon, .. in the same kind of scene, really, just looking more dragony. ;)

Or Aram, in a glowy garden perhaps, or meditating with candles, or something like that.

Oh yeah, left out Tomo, my lightning-breathing Stormdragon from my D&D campaign, with his lightning mace and lightning wings. That counts as glowy. ;)

Alternatively, a drawing of DragonLotus, from the Kaiju Combat game. That's the character Simon and Matt and I designed for that game, in return for mega-backing it. If it reaches its funding goal by 12/21, DragonLotus could get in! And that would rock. :) But that one would also be desirable by 12/21, 'cause that's when their Kickstarter ends. It's gonna be a crazy day!

Hmmmmm. Y'know, except for the Starbucks sketch, I don't think you've drawn a 'normal' Rooth'ragon. And those desktop-type things like this and this are pretty cool. If you can do one of those, with glowy accoutrements of some sort, that would be swell. :)
