If I am insulted one more time today by an idiotic troglodyte who decided to wait till now to do their christmas shopping, there is going to be blood on the walls!

Needless to say it was a bad day of being talked down to, yelled at and flat out insulted by 'guests' at work today. I've spent the entire year trying to find better work because I was determined that last christmas was going to be my last christmas in retail.
