Journey to Fire's Keep: New Year's Special

So Amazon is presently running Journey to Fire’s Keep, my first book, on sale for $15.59, plus shipping costs. Additionally, the book is eligible for free Super-Saver shipping on orders over $25. As such, I was struck with an idea, and I’m going to run with it.
From now until 11:59:59pm MST on January 1, 2013, if you write to me at baphijmm[at]gmail.com with the subject “Start my Journey” (so I know what it is and don’t immediately delete it), I will put you on a list and send your email address a PayPal invoice for $15.59 (plus shipping costs from here, when I figure that out). I would prefer payment of that invoice before the first of the new year, but I will probably let it slide for a few days, especially if you inform me of extenuating circumstances.
That $15.59 will buy you a copy of Journey to Fire’s Keep in paperback, signed by myself, and will include a bookmark of the book shipped to you from me. I will include whatever personal message you request with the signature, or I could personalize the bookmark if you’d like. Just let me know how you want it in your email, and I will do my best to fulfill your request!
Additionally, if you believe you will be seeing me within the month or so and thus would be able to obtain the book from me personally, let me know in the email as well, and I will waive the shipping fee. As a matter of fact, the reason I’m putting a deadline on this promotion is so I can place the order in time to potentially have copies with me when I travel to San Jose, California on the 16th of the month. I can’t guarantee I will, simply because I don’t have any control over the USPS, but this maximizes the chances!
