Y'wanna know what fixed my computer? RESEATING THE SATA CABLE. Seriously. I was trying to see if I could back it up on
's computer, and in doing so, realized it would boot up. So, I tried just reseating the cable, ran chkdsk /f, and... HUZZAH. IT ACTUALLY FREAKING WORKS. I FEEL SO STUPID BUT HAPPY.
And yes I backed up the drive immediately just in case the damned thing does actually die because holy shit I am not going through with that AGAIN right afterwards. So uh, guess I'll try and be on more (and clear out my 1100+ subs!)
