Tail Ordering Information

-Thank you for considering me for a tail. :)
Here are the details:

Length should be based ion your height. As an example, I am 5'7 and a 20in tail hits me around my knees.
-Ordering Process: Fill out the order form and note me. :)

That is the simplest part. :)
-Pricing: I wish there was a set price I could give you to go by. Sadly it is not that simple. Each Tail is a different price because of size, how many colors, and complexity of the design.
-Payment/Satisfaction policy: After the form has been submitted and wee have worked out all the details and pricing, we start the payment process. My policy is that you pay half of the cost upfront to pay for the materials to get started. During the process of making the tail, I will add pictures each time I add floofs onto the tail. Please comment and say something during the process so I can adjust hings as I go. However, if you are unhappy with the finished product, we will discuss re-working it or If you do not want to do that, I will send back all of the money you had sent and the tail will remain with me and I will sell it to someone else.
If all things are good then you will send me the second half of the payment and I will ship it the next business day. :)
The order includes your tail, the carabiner to attach your tail to your belt and the wire brush to keep your tail nice and tidy to keep it looking your best. :)
If you have any allergies to fibers or certain materials or metals, please mention so in the order form so that changes can be made if they can be.
Refund Policy
Each case is obviously different.
I will do repairs if you send the tail back to me. I will cover return shipping back to you. Repairs would be like floofs that have somehow become loose or have come off. But I can only repair what you send me. I can not replace floofs that have been misplaced or lost. So keep a hold of them. :)
I will take returns for dissatisfaction with the tail I.E. Too short, too long, not fluffy enough, not the colors you thought it was going to be.
However, If I get the tail back and there has been extreme wear and tear to it, missing floofs, extreme matting, I will not send the money back and I will send the tail back to you.
If I return I tail, I will resell it to someone else at a discounted price.

Yes. :) They are only a couple bucks so I dont really plan on charging for them. Because I am going to buy one with every order to use so they work the best and don't wear out, so you will get he one I used to make your tail. :)
