Name New Con Comp Closing!

YEAR! Happy New Year (and New Con)
We have big news
We have over 600+ entries in the Name Our Con competition! So much that we've decided to close entries early, meaning we're *that* much closer to knowing the name of our New con!
In 24 hours, that is 7:30pm AEDT (Melbourne Time), we'll be closing entries to the Name Your Con competition. Get those last minute suggestions in!
Over the next few weeks, the board will look through the entries and pick a TOP TEN.
After this, the community will be voting on the TOP FIVE con names, from which the Executive Board will select the winning entry!
The winning entry will win it's creator a LIFETIME MEMBERSHIP TO OUR NEW CON!
Once the comp closes, we'll also share some of the names that didn't make the list, but still gave us all a chuckle or brought a smile to our faces.

If someone came along and suggested something, that was then later suggested again word for word, what would happen?
They are statedamped, and we see them in the order they're submitted. The winning name: ConFurgence, was suggested by a bunch of different people, but we could plainly see who did it first. The ones who didn't quite get in fast enough will be getting 50% discounts to the con in 2014 as a consolation, as they DID suggest the awesome name too.
