10, 20, 30, actual minutes don't matter, what matters is taking a break, even if the break is nothing more than walking up and down the stairs.

BTW: That cup of hot cocoa needs warming, ain't no steam rising off of it.

I'm good for two hour spans, then a break, although I probably should do a one hour span and take a five minute break - I just don't like leaving people sitting in my stream :D

I don't blame you, I don't like to wait, nor keep someone waiting.

But I'm pretty certain that people will be understanding that the break is needed to ensure proper health, both mental and physical.
