thanks, thought the doc says i need to " press " the jelly back inside to teh core of teh spine..... well that means i have to make a hole lot of press on the oute buggling thing from in between he 3 and 4 th spine bones... and that hurts like hell. Should i fail on that thought then it´s a opration at teh hospital insted x.x::: i get some strong Pain releafing medcin now as well but it´s not really working at all, colapsning on teh floor from time to time becurse left leg fails to hold up >.>.. doc tolt me it could take up to 5 weeks to get better, and right now i can´t, walk,sit.lay.sleep even got huge problems just to get to the WC v.v

3rd and 4th. Not fun. How did you manage that? Also my father did something similar with three four and five. It put him out for like a year.

i´m not sure, it can have a relation to the aciddent i had in a 8,5 machine last mouth, so this is a after-effeckt of it, doc will have to find oute due next week we come in to , i have been tolt that it´s more likely connected to that aciddent >.>....

Hopefully you get better: ) sometimes it heals up. Hint: if you end up being surgery a micro surgeon is the one who won't filet you like a fish to fix the problem. My father made mistake one of going to the wrong kind of surgeon and now has a huge scar and longer recovery time. Apparently there are several ways to fix the same problem surgically according to him.

yer it can be costly to trust your bpody in other ppls hands, sadly thats often seen and it´s nasty as well :( sorry to hear tought about your dad

He's fine now aside from the scar which had faded slightly with the years. But thanks for there concern. Now take care of yourself and get better soon.

Those do hurt so badly! I'm sorry to hear about that, I wish I could do something to help you in some way other than just words. Also, like clawzizking said, try to avoid strain like lifting, bending over, or anything that contorts and moves it oddly or adds pressure and weight.
I hope you'll recover soon.

yer they hurt like hell, but worst of all is that left leg is affeckted by it completly the buggle oute from the spine presses on the nervers that pases down thought the hole leg, witch leaves it in a constant sleep/acid feeling 24/7 . It keeps me moving my leg curs it´s so anoringly feeling :( lifting thhings i can´t at all as it puts much pressure on the damaged area of spine and yes, just walking around at home and it´s seriusely geting on my nervers, not usted to sit still for this long >.>.. and have been tolt this can last 5 weeks in total if i don´t end on the hospital first

Thanks, back is feeling better, yet sadly i can´t lift on much wight anymore with oute the pain strikes, at this momment i haven´t been at work for 3 weeks, and starting on my 4 week now still going home and making alot of "exsitment" well back-traning while wisiting the doc every week and some healt-person as well , it´s geting costly by now but there aint much i can do anout it but to wait
