The girl on FB pretty much said verbatim exactly the advice I'd give when dealing with mites. They can be a total pain to deal with, though. My first corn had them. Also, they creeped me out because I'm naturally creeped out by parasites, even species-specific ones. ;)
This is what I used to get rid of the mites, and it worked within two weeks to clear them up. I also used this once a month after doing full tank cleanings as a secondary spray, followed by water, to make dead sure no mites ever came back. They didn't. :) http://lllreptile.com/store/catalog.....le-relief-8oz/
I should also mention I have tarantulas in the same room. It was suggested to me to take the tanks outside and use the PaM on them so not to harm my pet bugs. Correct?
We have bugs and snakes. The bugs get mites from time to time, but they are little -cage- cleaners and are white/clear. These guys on the snake are black. And def. don't look good. I dont know where they came from unless they were just hiding out on her and recently decided to appear.
