Lucky's passing

If reading my tumblr, you may know already.
Lucky, my pet squirrel had gone on December 11th 2012.
I was thinking about writing this here but I couldn't do until now.
This is the last active post on time.

Lucky was an Eurasian Red Squirrel. He lived 11 and a half years and the last month, his health got weak gradually. I guess he lived all of the squirrel's life. We loved and cared him enough so there's nothing such like remorse, but really miss him. I seem to be shocked so much and caught a huge cold, had a fever 39℃. ^^;
Now, I'm doing better. There're lots of things to do.
I will love him forever if I will have any other animals in my life.

Squirrels are the cutest things
My family lost our dog Mickey a few months ago *hugs*
Your love for Lucky will still be there
The sad feeling will change to good memory soon.

To be fair, a life span of a squirrel is, I think, roughly 5 or so years. I'm no squirrel expert, but I think he was perfectly named all the same to have lived as long under your care.
The pain won't go away immediately, but I wish you all the best. Just remember the good times ^_^
Take care of yourself!
Remember him as he was and have him in your heart, as he is in mine: he'll live forever with us all.
And remember that, when our own time comes, our little friends will be awaiting us to continue the travel together.

As everyone else has said, I feel sorry for you and hope you feel better soon.
They gave us big sadness when they're gone but bigger love and good memories as well. *hugs*
You loved him and he loved you, i could tell from the way you talked about him and the photos you shared of him. That's a good life to look back on. You're both richer for being in each others lives.
