Haven't heard from me in a while
So I've taken a very extensive FA hiatus (no reason really), but I am still actively leather working. My current project is to leather bound my copy of the D&D 3.5 PHB stamped with the original pattern of the cover (pictures to come). Since the last pictures I've posted I've done a few projects, mostly at summer camp, consisting of a few leather bound flasks (those turned out great! I shall search for pictures), I helped somebody with a belt, somebody else with a CD visor for his car, made a few pairs of moccasins, and probably a few more that I simply don't remember.
Either way, I've probably put around 10-15 hours into the book cover and I'm close to finishing. The entire front side is carved and stamped, I still need to finish carving the back (20 minutes max), stamp the entire back (maybe 2-3 hours), and then dye and paint the entire thing (it will take a few days of drying time, but should only be a few hours of actual work). The dying won't happen until I'm back at school, but I'm hoping to have the entire things done within a week (maybe 2 counting procrastination).
See y'all around.

You've gotta find pictures of those flasks. They were fantastic!
