In dire need! someone needs real life help!

SeaDragonST ( seadragonst) is an otherkin dragon, but in real life, his situation has deteriorated him for the past 2 years, and a friend of his from California is dying from a brain disease. His friend, raogathar ,will pass away in a few years, probably a few months if anything gets worse. He also has another friend who is a love, but SeaDragonST cannot see him either due to money problems, immigration and law issues, and so on...
ST cannot go to the USA and it is impractical. If you need reference about why he's been denied, look here:

SeaDragonST lives in Europe, and some people have offered residence in the past, but pretty much all of them broke contact due to immigration issues.

Same-Sex Marriage doesn't give immigration benefits let alone the option to do so, especially since there simply is no money. Not to mention that SeaDragonST's family disowned him and they hate him because of his fetishes and even used to physically abuse and hit him ever since he was very young, so PLEASE do what you can and provide help (or at least lead him to the best provider).
Please people, SPREAD THE WORD. He really needs as much help as get can actually get. ...and please give him a hug if you can. I never lost a friend before, AND I REALLY DON'T WANT TO LET SUCH HAPPENINGS THAT SOMEONE IN FRONT OF ME WILL END UP TAKING HIS OWN LIFE DUE TO SUCH OBSTACLES. PLEASE GIVE YOUR SUPPORT. One Idea: Perhaps his dying friend can get people to send him overseas so ST/Nikanor and him can reunite for once!
Me and and a friend of mine on dA are planning to start a donation for him. He needs every euro he can get. Every little euro buys him food, and everything else he needs but can't afford. Even if you can't donate, which is completely understandable, take the time to get to know him.
