Your MSN account is already a Passport.Net account...which is now a "Microsoft account" so, by all logic it will work on Skype, special thanks to layers of complicated compatibility added. Login with your old MSN on Skype, and any Skype account you have otherwise will be its own separate entity, and you'll have to transfer contacts to either to have one Skype list.

It wasn't so bad actually, I just needed to download the latest version of Skype and then it was pretty straightforward. I still prefer chatting with furries on a less formal program like MSN while keeping personal contacts on something like Skype. Oh well.
