Have everyone go out of the classroom, i the yard, in freezing winter weather

Only allow 15 students at once in the classroom

Call them randomly, not in alphabetical order, so they can't know when they'll be called

Call them quietly, and if they didn't hear you the first time, get angry

Stop every hour to have a smoke

At 1pm exactly announce the exams are suspended, and to come back at 2:30 pm
