First off, thanks to everyone who either wished me a happy birthday, or gave me gifts. It means a lot to me, guys. Seriously. =)
Well, it's been awhile since I updated my journal, so...what's new with me? Where do I start?
The job's going alright, other than they've started cutting hours. I went from 35 hours a week to between 12-24, so that's not a good sign. But, according to a few of the managers there, I'm one of the hardest workers in that department, so they doubt I'll be laid off or fired.
Thanks to the awesome super-scheduling powers of
scotskunk and 
jojo-uk I'm now on a plan that, if I'm lucky and stick with it, will clear up my backlog by the middle or end of February. Once that huge weight is off my shoulders, I can start taking commissions again, but limited as to not cause such a huge backlog as before.
Finally, I'd like to make a personal request to all of you. PLEASE stop posting RP comments on my pictures. I get that your characters is Super-Hyper-God-Fruitcake-Dash the Hedgoxchida, and he's the savior of the universe, but I like to hear what you think of the picture, not of how your character bursts in and rescues the damsel in distress. I don't want to have to start hiding comments, but if it keeps up, I will. It's very annoying.

Also its January, alot of companies and business slow down for lots or reasons this time of year, I wouldn't worry too much about it. Also yay for you almost clearing your backlog, I'll have to keep an eye out for when/if you take commissions again, got a pic or two in mind for your style.
Sadly I fear the problem is, the sort of people who write the RP messages aren't often the sort to read journals, Then again some of them may be the sort who think Sue Marry is a good OC.

i dont have a set work schedule. each week is different. this week i only get 8 hours. their excuse? the closer it gets to the end of the month, the less they need more people.
lol, i love that job and its confusing as all hell schedules.
