There's a link under the 'My Membership' tab while you're in an individual creator's Patreon page. It has a button linked 'Connect to Patreon Community' when the artist has integrated Patreon with their Discord, which creates roles that may or may not determine if you can access certain channels. Some creators have an open discord with specific Patreon only channels, others don't really utilize the roles at all, and others make it so you can only see the rules page unless you have a Patreon role. Croc's is the latter of those. But all Patreon Discord integration works the same way: If it has integration, there will be a button that allows you to join the server.
