So I was minding my own business today. I did the work thing and boy were my dogs barking from all the standing around and walking and all. So I was quite happy to get home only to find out I had a screw in my heel. There was only one way to get it out, unscrew it. So I did! That feels a bit better. Unfortunately then I took another misstep while vacuuming and that area below the small toe hurts. Fortunately though when I take a shower THIS hasn't happened:
