STOP HIM SAM, HE'S GONNA TELL US A STORY!!!
Before I get into Leon's bio I'll first tell you where he comes from, and that is a combination of my birth sign, element, and tarot card... Together they are Leo, Fire, and Death/Rebirth... Leo=lion, Fire+Death/Rebirth=phoeninx, and Lion/leon+phoenix=Leonix. =^-^=
Name: "Leonix" [lee-ohn-icks] (aka Leo or Leon to his friends)
RP Name: when a proper name is needed I go by "Leon O'Grian" (Leon=Lion, O'=Scion/Son of, and Grian=Sun)
Species: Lion-Phoenix hybrid
Age: Anywhere from very early teen to "over the hill"
Body type: He is tall for a phoenix, but considered 'scrawny' by lion standards..
Gender: Male (Bi-curious)
Powers/Hidden Features: Hollow Bones, Fast Healing, and Rebirth.
Description: The easiest way to explain Leo is to picture an anthro lion. Now switch his forearms (just barely past his elbows) for talons, his fur mane for a feathered one, and finally add wings.
Colors: His eyes are an emerald green(avian in style). The natural colors of the lion are the base color and is tinted by the gold and red of his phoenix half. The scaled forearm/talons are a charcoal black along with his footpaw fur in a flame pattern that reaches almost to his knees, and his mane/wing feathers are red, orange, yellow/gold, and white.
Flavor: Leon is of Celtic decent so whether a modern, future, or fantasy setting his clothes, and the silver medallion(about the size of a half dollar coin) around his neck reflect this in some subtle way, shape, or form.

Personality: Leon if from a fantasy setting, and he mostly presents himself as a warrior more than a sorcerer... Leonix is usually quiet for the most part, but will speak in volumes when he feels he has something to say. Growing up through many lifetimes in Celtic lands he puts far more value in the people than governments, and their "intentions"... This perspective, and his desire to acquire knowledge, and expand his skills (through lessons, or direct challenges) leads him on most of his adventures finding himself helping those being represses, or without aid, or unwilling aid.
Style: Countless lifetimes of experience, and memories have made him a master Fighter, and Sorcerer... Carrying a short sword, and waring no armour Leon employs a hybrid style of steel, and spells interchanging the two like a sword, and shield in a manor similar to Aioshi Shinomori's Kodatchi & Kempo.
Ciara O'gain:[Keer-ah] Ciara is Leon's daughter, and is a Lion/Fey hybrid. She is a user of Natural Magic, and like her mother her fairy blood grants her increased magical power as the moon gets fuller. On the nights of a full moon she can take on a full fairy form, and is granted entrance into their realm.
Shena "Shenix" Azurix: Shen is Leon's younger "twin" sister from an alternate reality where he was never born. In this reality Leon was never conceived. Because of this his father never abandoned the pair, and thus allowed his father to continue secretly courting his leonine mother... The two fell deeply in love, and his father left his once normal marriage and the titles that came with it to marry the lioness, and letter conceive Shenix... Shen's father still holds some power in the phoenix courts, and as such shena enjoys a life of simple elegance with her mother and father... Shena and Leon are siblings, that can be easy see, although a bit harder to explain, but to those born into the element of light it can be seen that they are true twins if not the same person in essence in in comparison of their souls.
Joseph "Leo" Kenwood: If Leon is my light then Joseph, for lack of a better description, is the shadow created by Leon's glow... He is my dark half, and represents my true self. Appearing to Leon in reflections Joseph torments Leon with his dry sense of humor, and cold outlook on their short comings. Leon mostly ignores him to the best of his ability.
