Awesome fun. Glad I got to see and hang out with everyone that I did. Suiting a bunch was fun, and I'll hopefully have pictures to post soon. Nice to be home too though, gotta get back into the swing of real life again. No time for PCD!
A few things I learned at con:
1. Being properly fed and hydrated helps to not puke after/during suiting. Having a buddy (
craz) also helps!
1-1/2. Training the week before (wearing contacts again, doing extra cardio in sweats) is vital for fursuiting.
2. Printing badges on card stock and using real lamination is a much better idea than scrapping together whatever I can find at Kinko's.
3. Seeing the sights, while absolutely amazing, is better spent on non-con days.
4. Window shopping at the dealer's den is depressing.
5. Don't leave your phone at home!
6. Volleyball girls and their families will pretty much always be snooty jerks.
