RBW london con
This November will be the RBW london con that me and my mate Icelyon will be attending. It will be our first con and quiet excited and nervous at the same time as im not sure what to expect. It should be a great time and would be nice to get a chance to meet alot of the nice fandom face to face finally ^_^
I just wish I can get a fursuit commissioned so that I can atleast hide as I can be shy :3
If you interested in it, be sure to check out the official website to get your tickets:

I planned to go too x3~~~~~~ but Im not sure yet if I can make it with the time and money :3
if yes I will keep an eye open for you both ;3
since I dont see what sense your reply to my comment does x3;
P.S my BF is a fursuit maker lol
Furrywriter.
but how to explain this one to my parents and my school O.O
"Yeah I need to get some time off"
"For what?"
"Erm...I'm gonna go to London to meet a bunch of people who like anthropomorphic animals"
"......"
lol
Your school is easy, you say your going to an art convention
Parents? I got round this by just giving them the web address to RBW and said "I'm going here"
Hope to see you there if your going!
(We are made to go to Catholic church four times a year and we are taught ALL of the religious Catholic stuff, including that you are SUPPOSED to be heterosexual)
Parents would understand though.
It would be truly awesome to go (especially since my mate lives in the UK and he'd love to go) but alas I will be busy and probably no money.
Just for your interest though, keep an eye on your "watched by" list lol
Also you don't need to come for whole convention, why not turn up on Friday evening and stay till Sunday. :)
I need to go plan a little bit. I think I'm going to need a bit of sneakiness for this one either way *evil smirk*
I'm curious how you will be running your little panel as well.
And know if you need any help and such Ill be there to sort anything out ^_^ I look forward to meeting you :)
If so, hope to see you guys on the boat.
the hand cuffs are for.... *shuts up*
Anyhoo.. We'll see 3 months to go. Maybe I'll show up.
If they don't, then they'll still greet you, have a nice chat, etc. It'll be fun don't worry! ;)
Have fun at your first con! :3
Have fun.
Have a great time as a GOH.
Oh wait - shit - Um - RBW is AWESOME!!!! Sorry forgot i was chairman their for a bit... x_x

I'm sure many people will be eager to chat with you, to offer you drinks and all ^^
Just enjoy the thing, it'll be all ok, everyone is here to have fun ^-^
Shipping out to the UK might be difficult though, and most fursuits aren't cheap.
Conventions in general are daunting the first time you go, but everyone's a bit nervous the first time. It won't help that there will be lots of people who recognise the name on your conbadge, but it's always nicer to go with someone too :)
Shame I'm not going, but life is too busy right now. *grins* But I can give you a tip...
If you're worried about being treated like a celebrity, ask the event organisers to give you a badge with a different name. That way you can tell folks you want to meet what name you'll be attending as and you won't get hounded by the crowds.
Have fun :)
Oh, and if you can, book a hotel room for the two of you... Commuting to a convention just isn't anywhere near as good as rolling out of bed and you're there and staying up late and collapsing into your own sanctum at the end of the day.
... Not to mention that it's good to have a spot to keep anything you buy... or a change of clothes if someone happens to be near you when they drink too much =~-~=
Can I poke you once i see you? I love poking shy guys, their reactions are so funny to make fun of
