I finally got around to draw my own character. The sketch is pretty much done minus the wings, which I'm really indecisive about.

Attached to the arms?
Attached to the back?

A very tough call, but I personally vote for wings attached to the arms. Easier to lay on his back, easier to wrap someone else in his wings, etc. etc. But he's all yours - try him out both ways and see which feels right.

Generally, it's more work to draw them attached to the arms, although I think that looks better/is more realistic.
