Nikki Accidentally Horuss'd. When I draw something for you, ESPECIALLY FOR FREE.
You do NOT have permission to go and line/color it yourself or have someone else do it for you without my WRITTEN PERMISSION.
If you would like the sketch I made for you to be lined/colored, you can commission me to do so. Hell, if you're a Stream regular and you ask me nicely, I might even shade it for ya for nothing.
tl;dr No you can't color my free sketches in yourself or get someone else to do it without my permission.
P.S. I'll usually say no.

Basically, it's not your art, and you don't have permission to edit it (Line, color) unless I say you can.
