Dislocated my shoulder again yesterday, trying not to fall over on the ice outside my house... I managed to stick my arm out to steady myself against my landlord's truck, but unfortunately my body continued to move backwards while my arm sort of stayed in place.
And then I worked an extra 7 hours afterwards.

The moment I realised it was kind of a retarded thing to do was when I remembered I had the ice spikes for my shoes IN MY DAMN POCKET AT THE TIME. The ice spikes I had bought only a couple of days ago. You know, the ones designed to prevent injuries from falling over or trying not to fall over on ice.

I failed.
