Terms of Service
I work a full time job so please bare with me as I am doing art in my spare time. I will try my very best to get your commission done in a timely manner. Feel free to email me if you have any questions.

COPYRIGHT:

All respective rights to commissioned work are Copyrighted to myself, Heather Roach (AKA Fala.) This gives me the right to post it where I please, use it for portfolios, PRINT AND SELL IT, etc. You are allowed to use the picture as banners, forum pictures, avatars, etc AS LONG AS credit to me IS visible. (My watermark is on the image or if it's an avatar have credit to me on the site, your profile page, etc). Please do not edit my work without my consent as this will disqualify you from future commissions. If you would like to use the image for commercial purposes we can discuss copyright purchasing options.

payment:
Payment must be upfront on small commissions and fifty percent up front on large commissions the rest being paid before commission is finished
Currently I only accept paypal or money orders*.

Shipping:
I will in fact ship your art to you!
If you live in the USA It is normally $1 anywhere else is $2
unless you commissioned something larger/heavier.

What I won't draw:
-cub (mess or adult*)
- water-sports/scat/mess
-humans

*I make adult/pornographic commissions just not with any of the above exclusions.
*If you wish to pay with a money order I will give you the mailing information once we have discussed what it is you want and how much it will cost
